If you screwed up something
and no one cares to say anything
that means you have been dropped.
Criticism is you best friend.
We come to school for learning
Why should we feel embarassing when we feel like want to ask a question?
Why should we be shy when the teacher correct our mistake?
Why should we be fear when teacher needs a volunteer to read out the text?
School is the place for learning
Not everyone can perform well or know anything
Because no one is perfect.
Criticis is the way to let us know our mistake
face it and do not shun it.
I will try to be happy when somebody scold me
because that means that he/she cares about me.

we welcome constructive critisicm, but need to destructive critisicms will be disastrous. Therefore be tactful while trying to differentiate the differences between the two.
And only befriend with those who critisize with a sincere heart and genuine motive ~
